Hacking Non-Legit Gamecube VC Games on Wii U will not load

Hi. I have been trying to get Gamecube VC games that I put on my Wii U to work, but every time i try to boot them, they just lead to a black screen and never load (I'm using mocha CFW BTW). I end up having to unplug my wii u to get it to turn off. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? The two games I've tried to do this with are Warioware: Mega Party Games and SSBM. So what do you mean by non-legit
? If youre saying straight pirated, I cant help you. But if you have the disc but dont have it burned or its too scratched let me know.

You probably need to adjust the Nintendont config settings.

I basically meant i ripped them so i could make them into virtual console variants for my wii u so i wouldn't have to pull out my wii for them. I figured out that the build i had of nintendont basically wouldnt boot the games if you had a gc controller adapter plugged in, so you would have to plug it in after. I changed the version i had and it resolved the issue
