Hi I'm new to hacking. Just tried like 3 days back. Now that there's a new update to the game, do I need to get the 1.2.1b xci files download if I want to xfer my gen items to my legit switch island?

I took the update on my non hacked system, does this update add anything new or is it just bug fix's

just fixed bugs (mail duping, table duping except that of 1x1 items, bamboo shoots wont spawn under items)

it was bug fix's like the dupe glitch and stuff but seems the hacked star fragment trees are safe form what I was reading lol

I updated on my legit switch, then on the hacked switch I chose to update via the Match version with local switch option. Hopefully that is a safe way as well Who knows, but it updated fine and hacked is now 1.2.1 and I am locally on that island with the legit switch

yeah, I think the only glitches they fixed are the ones that you can do with any regular non-hacked system

So far just bug fixes but I don't have time to go through the files to see if anything really changed.

Oh nice. So I can just match ver using my legit switch ? What's the diff between xci and nsp files? I've been reading but don't really understand the difference between them ><

Can someone help me, please? I updated version 1.2.1 and every time I open my game it says that my game is corrupted. Tried to reinstall, even initialize the whole switch but it still shows Corrupt file. When I try to scan for a corrupted file, it just deletes the game and asks me to redownload it. I cant redownload because I'm banned online.

I don't know how it worked for me and I did it months ago.

Did your Critterpedia got filled? Mine does not only the Achievenment get's filled but then again resets it self after a while

If u are using atmosphere i can give u codes for all fish/bugs on inventory, u can then deliver them to museum

I have that already but receiving them in your inventory, it will not be added to your critterpedia list, thanks for asking

I just updated to 1.2.1b and I cannot play the game now. It says the software needs to update.

Have you tried leaving them on the ground and placing a building over? They should be gone after that.

They are already in my inventory and I can't drop them.

Does the garbage bin work?

Throw them into rubbish bins

I will try this but I don't think it'll work. The only option I've had when trying all the different methods is "Open". But Thanks for the idea.

Just tried, The presents are grayed out. Cant throw them in the garbage either
