They've added the empty.nhv file you're looking for in the zip file that's attached to the first post.
well its not in the villager dump .zip and not in the new save editor .zip, which one is it in?
EDIT: nevermind, i didnt know you meant in the cheat folder link. i had to read everything to see if said file was mentioned and it was
EDIT2: according to the empty.nhv explanation you would edit the villager while they are moving in to whoever you want? thats what ive already done twice now, but with having somebody moving out by way of amiibo and editing who was moving in. all i got were messed up walls and floors despite loading and injecting the correct house both times.

could this program possibly have made my mailbox disappear?
I used the delete all function, and now I lack a mailbox
also is there a way to get different colored monster statues using this program?

ok so ive deleted Raymond with the empty.nhv and saved in game, dumped the save on my sd, forced Raymond to be in my town along with loading his house, loaded the game back up with the new injected save, now he appears to be busted and has the Player's default wallpaper and flooring AND he is stuck moving out despite me turning that off before anything else. i seem to always have this curse of following instructions i dont quite understand and then things get worse than when i started. that is to say i do just what they say despite not fully understanding why it should work.

edit: OK FINALLY. i must have misread something somewhere, but i never saw mention of injecting the villager file for the villager even if you already have them, just their house to fix their house, but i finally have Raymond and his house fixed. thank you everyone who tried to help this clumsy oaf that i am.

Yeah, that explanation is kinda bum since it only changes the villager, not the furniture or anything else. Yo, if you have an empty spot, I can get the villager you want into move out stage and you can come grab em. Just send me a DM.

thanks for the offer. just updated my post that i finally figured out what i was doing wrong.

This is a purposeful in game mechanic. No flag. The first 5 villagers have different house data and furniture data loaded. You would need to replace the villager and house with dumped copies to overwrite it.

Oh that sucks. I really like my first villagers. If there's no quick way then I guess I can make them move out and return via mystery island.

Please check this one out for bugless injection. Only downside is that all villagers Injected will be newcomers

Hello. Any one tried editing the turnip prices and go online? I want to change my turnip price and let my friends go to my island to sell their turnips. Thanks.

By the way!! If anyone does not want to use cheats, here's how .nhi files in NHSE work:

for every item that you want to add to the file:

- 4 bytes little endian: uint32 of item id (4 bytes)
- 4 bytes little endian: uint32 of quantity (4 bytes)

(little endian means the bytes are reversed. example "1" = 01 00 00 00 instead of 00 00 00 01)

It'd be neat if the code generator could support .nhi creation, and also add multiple items instead of just going one by one ^-^

I have tried this, however, I only used numbers that would be real (that you can get in the turnip calculator/prophet)

Also, this is interesting, but I noticed that when you time travel to the past, your turnip prices reset?, but the pattern stays the same if you changed it.

Thank you. I will try this and let my friends sell turnips to my island. They'll be very happy. ^_^

anyone else confused how the new plant system works on NHSE? im trying to look to see if anyone has talked about this but the search bar doesnt seem to search by date for me. so im getting stuff from days and months off. tried checking some of the tabs and decided to stop just in case i messed something up. got all heads though no plant themselves

NHSE just updated and one of the new features is it added more flower flags. I know that the rr-yy-ss-ww are genes but what about the V1, V2 etc?

The flower documentation posted on the last page probably helps.
Sure thing
It's publicly available in our research, you linked to it a couple pages back

Go to the Notes tab, scroll down a bit to the "nasty technical stuff"

Is it now safe to change your island's name in NHSE?
Define "safe"? Can you do it without breaking the game? Yes, have been able to for a while. Just reimport your villagers after changing the name and it works fine. Going online with it after changing it? With the amount of telemetry that the game sends to Nintendo, I wouldn't.

do yall think it'd be possible to make a code that drops all the items in inventory? im trying to transfer diys and items between my switch and girlfriends!

Not really possible, and even if it was I don't think it would get released. Especially to someone named "ACDeliveries"

His Twitter has some post about him offering 23 million bells and some nook tickets for $50 -- and excited people taking him up on it. I don't get it. >.<

Also lol at "his girlfriend's Switch"

Hey, is it possible to download that somewhere? That goes to the public-only link, but I'd like to save it if possible!
