Gaming Any House builder simmilar to the Sims/Animal crossing on the switch?

I really love Animal crossing's customizable house managing but I'd like something more out of the gate house builder like the house building from Sims. Any game that kinda fits that criteria by any chance? No minecraft please.

Oddball option.

If you have a hacked device I see l4t linux is able to run java these days. To that end you can do something like the house modelling programs that run on java even if they are not otherwise ported
http://www.sweethome3d.com/ being one such example I have used in the past on actual jobs (albeit on a laptop rather than a switch) but has the option to set things, and a massive library of furniture and other items (as well as the ability to make your own).
