Homebrew How do I enter in Action Replay codes for emulated NDS games on 3DS TWILight Menu++?

I would really like specific steps on what to do and what software I may have to download to do so.

1. Where did you hear that the games are emulated, and not ran natively?
2. Just find "usrcheat.dat", and put it in "sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/extras/". Then in the ROM menu, press Y, and then X, to open the cheat menu.

hello!! trying to do the same thing as OP here, but I'm not finding a "usrcheats.dat" file anywhere. I have the "sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/extras/" no issue, but I'm super new at this.

yeah but the problem is ive tried to do that but theres no cheats that show up for Fire Emblem 12 (Fire Emblem - Heroes of Light and Shadow (Japan) (Rev 1) (NDSi Enhanced) [T-En by The Heroes of Shadow v3.01] [n].nds) and i cant find the right patch or rom or anything like that thats already *in* the cheat database, i have no idea what to do

Change the game ID in R4CCE to match your rom.
There should be an entry for that game in the usrcheat.dat
