Hacking Emunand save files.

Hi. I have my Switch with Emunand setup and I was planing to get certain games so I could play online with my friends on Sysnand. Today I told my brother and he said that I couldn't if I wanted to play online I'd have to create a new save file because I would get banned if I played with an emunand save since they we are "dirty" is this true? If that's the case, is there a way to clean the "dirty" trace from emunand so I can transfer them to Sysnand and play online?

The emuNAND save is not dirty if you haven't cheated but getting it onto sysNAND without the need of CFW and homebrew is tricky. You have to edit a NAND backup and restore it.
