Hacking Question Sending back a broken hacked switch

I have a broken hacked switch (I'm pretty sure the problem is with the display... paid for a third party "repair" where they tried replacing the LCD twice with no success and it just wasn't working out. I've since sourced a replacement hackable switch from a thai market so I'm trying to salvage the one I have.

Has anyone tried sending their hacked switch to NIntendo for out of warranty repair? I don't mind paying the $100 (credit card will cover it under extended warranty) but I don't know if there's any repercussions from sending to Nintendo

Because Nintendo would have either not repaired it or sent back a patched unit I imagine, so he probably wanted to keep a hacked Switch..

Well, it's a logical conclusion given the title and the contents of his first post relaying concerns of repercussion from sending a hacked unit in for repair..

i didn't advise any fraud, hold your horses. If something went wrong, you have the chance to send it back to Nintendo and get it repaired.I do not say to do any fraud my friend.
