Homebrew Question Reorganize Switch Folders

So... my switch folder structure is a mess since I´ve updated to 9.x. I have title folder on Atmos root and inside contents. Haven´t updated many homebrew, but now I want to organize and I´m totally lost. Delete everything and restart or there´s a easier way? Amiibos, for ex. aren´t working via emuiibo, so I need to work here and there.

The titles folder has been replaced by the contents folder. There's no easier way of deleting the homebrew applications you use outside of manually deleting them.

Yes it is obsolete now. Make sure anything that was saved in there was moved to the contents folder.
