Hacking Problems with tinfoil

Hi everyone,

last few months after tinfoil went to version 8.1 i´ve been having a lot of problems downloading games.

So, first things first, i have:
- Tinfoil 8.1
- Atmosphere 0.10.2
- Hetake 5.1.1


When i run Tinfoil it doesn´t allow to make any download and there aren´t any new games
When i connect to my computer "Nut" doesn´t recognize the Switch console like it used to, and always stays disconnected.

Any thoughts about this problem? What can i do to just download again games with tinfoil and connect my console to my pc.

You can try tinfoil 7.1 if you can find a copy.

Thanks for your reply, but when i had tinfoil 8.0 it updated to 8.1, so, if i have 7.1 version won´t i have the same problem?

I was able to download games on 7.1 yesterday fine, I was getting crashes on latest tinfoil. Just keep it in mind that Tinfoil will use higher clock speed and run the system pretty hot, so long term you need to replace thermal paste faster.

Thanks once again, i just made a search online to catch version 7.1 like you said but all links gave me 8.1 version, is there any place in particular where i can find 7.1 version that you can point me?

Blawar only provide the latest so you need to see if you can find someone to share version 7.1 with you.

Hello, After updating tinfoil everytime i open it im greeted with this message:"Unable to read NAND. Would you like to install a custom ams_mitm.kip to proceed?" can somebody pls help i am using emummc and i installed that kip.

Kosmos and Hekate are unsupported, use regular atmosphere or one of the forks designed for Tinfoil.
