Is that the digital equivalent of a collector flexing his physical copies? :creep:
Exactly :D
Also now I'm wondering who has spent the most on their steam account.
If I had to guess ironically it would be the people who upload cracks and such.
On a particular site I saw a screenshot and was baffled

As noted last week: epic's giving away more stuff:

Kingdom come: deliverance
Aztez

Free game next week is Faeria. Another one that was already on my radar (if not for no other reason than to see how it stacks up against heartstone). :)

Realistic you say? Gulping down loaves of bread and tons of seemingly rotten cheese only for the character to say they are hungry again isn't very realistic:rofl2:
While I'm sure you get my drift, I'll elaborate nonetheless: realistic in the sense of "no magic, dragons, fantasy, monsters or similar proverbial nonsense". I've yet to play it (I bought a humble monthly bundle for this game :P ), but I like how it at least addresses things that are taken for granted in many RPG's (e.g.: your clothing actually matters, you start out unable to read, your verbal skills are limited, and so on. So no of that "I'm just a humble peasant but I can just walk in the castle and address the king if I want to").
its nice of epic that they give free games but its theyre of various genres and tastes so idk if i should start collecting them, looks like great idea but in th end i probably wont play any of them
Well...if you're not going to play any, then you obviously can spare yourself the time of grabbing the offered game(s). I don't have the time to play all the games they've given me, but I've enjoyed more than enough to make it worth the effort. :)

Thank you for reminding me about the existence of that website.
Now I'm definitely more disappointed in my life.

I guess the joke flew over your head, I was being ironic:rofl2: And there are a fair few other games without magic/weird monsters/etc., but why do you want realism in a game when games are a way to escape boring reality and enjoy yourself?

I got your joke. But as I said: I chose to elaborate myself anyway. Because why not? B-)

Your question's fuel for an entire thread. My take: games are (or at least: they can be) more than just an escapade from reality. They can teach, sensitize and convince in ways that are way more engaging than other means. It's not even a matter of fun vs education either, as a well made game takes these hurdles without too much obstacles.
Besides...it's rather ironic that most role playing games don't so much have you playing a role rather than being a blank slate that you can fill in. ;)

Educational games can be fun... until you die of dysentery:P

New games om epic available until March 12th:
Offworld Trading Company

GoNNER

I've never heard of these games so I can't recommend them personally, but hey they're for free!

After these two there will be three other games for free: Anodyne 2, A Short Hike and Mutazione. Again, I've never heard of these.
OTC is pretty good, even if not my kind of game, they are giving it for free since the expansion comes out soon so they want more people to buy it... GoNNER looks good but first I hear of it, have seen screenshots somewhere before though.
