Why are we assuming that Team Xecuter is all Chinese? Last time I checked, the majority is in Texas. The manufacturing facility is no doubt shut down right now, as most facilities show a February 10th reopening date (all I want are my breakout boards >.<). That being said however, it is a VERY minor delay in the grand scheme of things with this modchip.

The Discord was closed by not by Xecuter, but worded oddly, "against our intentions" coming from Game_Over on the Xecuter forums.

All I want is just a way to launch homebrew or at least games that is oficially released on switch. I dont care who will release hack (tx or anyone else) and i think some other people do not care too . And all this wars , arguing , bickering is just like the console war . We at a werge of greatness a big breakthrough and people just cant stop hate eachother . I think we all (tx os fans , atmosphere fans and other os fans (and of course developers) ) should cooperate and stop this pointless struggle. I have spoken .

I don't get why people are fighting, it's good news for both TX's haters and bootlickers:
If you are a bootlicker, well you can say the haters were wrong and finally say how much TX rules.
If you are a hater, well you'll get some shit but the chip will be reverse engineered in a couple months, so who cares?

But not possession, so only the seller is punishable.

Bullshit. It is in a test phase. They first looked for testers and are probably still waiting for their feedback. Correct me if i'm wrong.
