I'm almost done working on it, basically its a gui program that:

1. Asks you for the sd card location
2.You choose hb menu or twilight menu
Press begin, it installs and your done. You can take it out and put it in the dsi.

Since i'm almost done, the release date is tomorrow.
Ok, now i need to sleep.

For TWiLight Menu++, you should add a notice saying that some DS games (if SDK number isn't 5) will not play sound correctly, as well as a few games not booting at all, due to WiFi related issues (such as Pokemon Gen 4).
This is because SCFG is locked on arm7 side, and you would need Unlaunch to boot TWLMenu++ to work around those issues.

Sure thing! Will add as a popup when you select to install Twilight Menu

It sets up TWLM++/HBMenu to be booted via Memory Pit?

If so, it downloads the latest version, right?
@banjo2
Yes, but i haven't set up a downloader.
For now it will be on the current versions (prepackaged in the app's folders).
I will add an downloader soon!
