just buy a hackable switch instead, and trade yourself all the shinies you want. recoup the cost by selling them on eBay.

I have a hackable switch, but hacking the save data while keeping myself from getting banned is hard enough. I just want to find that dongle.

Thanks for the confirmation, was asking around and had no info/answers for it. Couldn't play it locally with my gf who has a legit switch cartridge as well, couldn't find it.

You can play together locally but for example if CFW Switch is Switch A and OFW Switch is Switch B. You can trade, battle and do raids together but if Switch B updates the Wild Area News and gets Raids not available on Switch A, then Switch A will not be able to see Switch B when inviting others but if Switch A invites the "updated" Switch B, it will work. Sucks in that regard.

Quite the opposite for me, I see there are a few Instant Egg codes but no Instant Hatch codes.

Can anyone find a place to get the Switch Up Game Enhancer? I can't seem to find it anywhere in stock, and ebay sellers are gouging $250 USD for a $20 device. If it's super hard to get a hold of, is there a way to use the macro/cheat function on a switch? I just think that having a macro for something (like hatching eggs or getting fossils in Pokemon) would be super useful, but not $250 useful.

I ordered one from Gamestop but my order is stuck in Awaiting product availability, not sure when I would get mine.

Gamestop won't sell it online to me, and the main site says they're straight up out of stock. I think they didn't realize how valuable this is and made way too few.

You need someone to give you the Pk8 file if you want it as legit as possible.

If you're not playing online, can you still use "illegal" gen 8 pokemon? Since I have the Gen 8 files but keep running into the red exclamation points while messing with the stats and moves, most regarding region issues.

It can be as legit as possible when done correctly. I only ran into one pokemon that was flagged under illegal console region but I was able to fix it.

Then get the Nintendo Switch lite, transfer your save to it, and the create shinies with your hacked switch and trade it locally to your legit switch light. Point is, you need two Nintendo switches, and buying a second one is way better of an investment than a limited function cheat device.

Genning for free would be a clutter mess especially if the person is getting more than several people requesting for a full battle ready pokemons. Either hack them in yourself, find someone who is willing to do it for free, or just buy a full team over at ebay for like $14 - $20.
