Capcom is reportedly developing a 'Resident Evil 3' remake

re3.jpg
Following the success of the Resident Evil 2 remake released earlier this year, it wouldn't be surprising for Capcom to want to remake more of its classic titles. Indeed, 2019's Resident Evil 2 scored 92 on OpenCritic and 91 on Metacritic (PS4). Our own official review gave the title a 10/10!

There have been rumors going around that Capcom's next remake would be that of Resident Evil 3, and today Eurogamer seems to have more news regarding bringing this classic game to current gen consoles. In an article published today, the online outlet wrote that they have also heard of the project, stating that "sources close to its development suggest it has been in development for some time - although the franchise's upcoming multiplayer portion Project Resistance is currently being given the spotlight."

In any case, such news have to be taken with a grain of salt before we can hear the official confirmation. Nevertheless, would you like to see a remake of Resident Evil 3 on current-gen platforms?

After dissapointed Dino Crisis 2 and horrible mistake Dino Crisis 3 this game turn off and never mention again.

I still remember when I was teenager and play Dino Crisis 1 after Resident evil 3 it make me feel amazing but now when I play it again... it is not like before. something about gameplay and game structure. But the remake will be amazing with current tech these dino will be scary :)

Hu? What was so horrible about Dino Crisis 2? Serious question. I liked it much more than Dino Crisis 1. Never played Part 3 though, I did not even know it existed.
i loved it too as a kid, its more action and daylight than the first one but the production value was top notch.

I read resident evil 3 and I said to myself "yesssss it's confirmed" but it's not :glare:
The success and brilliant remake of number 2 means we don't need confirmation - I'm sure the staff at capcom are working day and night to get this ready asap

In my honest opinion I think Dino Crisis would benefit more from a remake since some of its puzzles are a bit cryptic or just plain awful and dinos are bullet sponges making shooting them not really worth it, and a remake could fix those things.

But RE3 is okay too I guess
