Hi I would like to export the pokemon sword saves that I have in the game cartridge with a 2 account on a PC you can use PKHeX but having the change I want to take the data to save the sd and not the cartridge how can I solve?

Save data is stored on the console not the cartridge.

Regardless of the number of profiles you have, game saves are stored within the Switch itself.
As stated by Lexraixous, there is currently no methods of extracting those save files unless you have a hacked switch.
Since this section is not intended for the discussion of hacked switches, I won't go into too much detail on how you might get your saves extracted.
But the idea is:
Transfer save via Nintendo Account to hacked switch
use hacked switch to extract save into micro sd
copy to pc
