i bought Gears 4 from facebook marketplace for a really good price, the dude gave me this gamer card, it has all previous gears games, and judgment day, now going into xbox one to redeem the code, shows "error from our end , try again later"
nothing for 2 weeks trying
then decided to mail microsoft, they told me to send them a picture of the card and type the codes, then they told me to update my billing information, still get the same error, mailed them again, they told me to send the recite !!
i dont have it !! i got it from facebook , i am also sure that the card is valid, cause only the 4 th code, for Judgment day says its already claimed, the other 3 or valid.
mailed microsoft again, i get some kinna automated reply that keeps asking for the recite
