Hacking 3DS Bluelight turns on then off after deleting CIA files

I am new to the modding 3ds seen, and I tried to install homebrew for my current 3ds XL. After getting to the step where I am required to save, copy, whatever and delete all, I am unable to turn my 3ds whatsoever.

My SD was empty, so I assumed something happened

I would just like to know if there is a way to fix it or if I bricked my system. Either way is fine, I just would like some assistance on the matter

You need boot.firm back on your sd card root. at the same point you need to run the ctrnand script as you didnt do that either so the console can boot without a sd card in.
