Hardware unpatch switch , send payload problem

hi guys,

i have a unpatch switch, mario oddesey editon, i have a problem where, the payload is cannot be send. i tried using rcmloader, and pc same it doesnt allow me to send payload. when ever i try connect to pc the msg unrecognize device popup. i tried use my other switch works fine.

but the mario set works fine on charging and docking mode. my question is if i wanted to repair this which component need to replace? is it type C port?

First of all I would try different USB Ports on your computer, give it a restart or reinstall the drivers. If none of this works it is may possible to you to try it at a different PC or even a Payload injector like the RCMLoader. If all of this fails I would thinking about opening the console

already tried all the methods... now since as normal switch all works fine..im wondering which part i need to replace on switch
