you got check who is their top close ally in their profile. In my run where I recruited everyone, everyone ended with the pairing I planned by only checking the top close allies.

It seems that A+ doesn't take precedence over A if both are the same (at 1001 points), which is why Dimitri x Dedue had got a paired ending over Dimitri x Annette. Guess the Close Allies would have shown this as well.

@FellDragonGrima from what I've tried i would suggest setting the mapid to 0 whenever you edit the chapter,also when you edit the chapterid you need to go into the Monastery for the game to realise its changed,the game should go to a loading screen and then it will update to that chapter.Just be careful because if you skip a chapter where you would've got a character in your roster or such you would legit skip it and not be able to get them unless you edit them in

Sounds good then. And by being in the monastery, you mean explore it right? Thanks!

Sorry if this has been asked a lot and answered before, but I couldn't find it.
So my question is if there is a chance for Nintendo to patch Three Houses or for modders to fix unreadable small fonts themselves? I'm having a really hard time trying to read the text in this game, especially on some tutorial screens. This thing stops me from playing the game entirely. I'm fine with any other game on Switch/3ds/psp/vita/nds/gba and whatever else handheld I had, but not here. It's super frustrating.

Nintendo already patched this. Use the screen zoom to read text that's too small.

Press the home button twice quickly.

Not sure if I'm missing the sarcasm about Nintendo "patching" this problem with an integrated zoom function or they actually increased the visibility of the text in game.

Alleviating sight problems is literally what a zoom function is for, yes.

Yes, yes. I know. All people with budding sight problems feel they don't have those. Everyone gets old, no one will judge you for using the zoom grandpa

I’ve a question. I managed to get Edelgard’s Route, but for some reason, I have Shamir on my team. Is this because of the Save Editor? Should I get rid of her unit?

It shouldn't matter. I have the entire roster on my Church route, including all 3 lords and Hubert with no issues. But you can just uncheck her flags if you don't want her.

Pretty sure that Shamir, Manuela and Hanneman are all available for the Edelgard route, I had them myself without altering anything of theirs in the save editor - the only ones unavailable on the true Edelgard route are; Hilda, Catherine, Cyril, Flayne, and Seteth.

(You can add the "unavailable" ones via the save editor, just be aware that it has the possibility of crashing)

Hoping for adding magic manually in the save editor. Hope someone can figure it out.

It is possible to export the .character file using the save editor and modify their magic using a hex editor. The problem with save editing magic is that the results wont stick, it all gets reset after a class change.

What we really need is cheats that modify magic for each character, that way you can just turn the cheat on after a class change.

This is the location for the learned magic data, it's at the same spot for each .character file.
0C = Meteor
0F = Mire B
26 = Empty / Nothing

This is the "number of uses" location for each spell.

I didn't see on first post so gonna ask. Is there any code for the skills?

I mean, these:
  • Sword
  • Lance
  • Axe
  • Bow
  • Brawl
  • Reason
  • Faith
  • Authority
  • Heavy Armor
  • Riding
  • Flying

I wanted to try start a game with all maxed, but only that. So I can recruit whoever I want and also use whatever job I'd like, but other than that, playing "normally" lol. xD

I mean, technically you can just set all your skills to max with an editor, but this means that you will miss out on all the abilities and arts ou get when leveling up skills. Which means your character will have S+ in swords but still be terrible at using them
