I'm not saying it can't be programmed like that, but that would be the strangest thing if it was.

You can search for floats, just search the 32bit hex value.
If you need help converting numbers to 32bit float, there are plenty of resources on the net.
(ex. https://gregstoll.com/~gregstoll/floattohex/)

Sure, no prob. I directly edited my savedata.dat using a hex editor (HxD, in my case). Navigate yourself to the offset I gave. If you're fiddling with the tree, "Offset 3F00-01" would be row 00003F00, column 00 through 01. Let's say I want to change my apples bought to 5,000 for the biggest tree. Converting 5,000 to hex gives me 13 88. Kirby's save data is little-endian, so the hex bytes are flipped. That gives us a value of 88 13 (first pair switches places with second pair). I'll then navigate to offset 3F00 and overwrite the value there with 88 13. Repeat with whatever else you plan to fiddle with!

It seems that using cheat engine on the PC version, there is a god_mode in memory. That seems to be how they have hacked it. Cant pull that up on noexs unfortunately. Maybe IDA pro might be useful for this.[/MEDIA]

The odd thing might be stored as a double-floating point (64bits) but that generally only applies to REALLY precise calculations.

I tried health stamina and hearts none worked. I really don't want any of those just a code where my sword doesn't break which doesn't exist, but I just tried them and none worked. I read something in this thread where someone said to save a game then restart it after enabling the cheats so I tried that didn't help.

BotW is a hard to game do, chances are the codes your using dont work full stop, as with many switch games.

public users post codes, dont fully test, and then the whole scene is FUBAR.
