Can access bios and can't format my pc

You haven't left an HDMI cable plugged in or anything have you? I've not had it with a laptop but on a desktop pc this usually happens the gfx card is outputting to a monitor other than the one you are using until windows finishes booting and realises only one is on.
check in device manager in case it for some reason thinks there are two displays. Its odd as nothing that happens in windows should be effecting anything as early in the boot sequence as BIOS access. I suspect while happening around the same time this problem and virus may not be connected. Of course I could be totally wrong, I have very little experience with laptops.
Yes, which is why I suspected it thinking there is a second display. Thats what happens to my PC if I have it connected to the monitor and TV but the monitor is off. I just get a black screen on the TV until windows has booted.

My bad, what I wanted to say is that no hdmi or vga is pluged in.
Bootkit virus flashed onto your BIOS most likely and that is a laptop, ouch. Probably the best way to remove the virus is using an external programmer with a removable BIOS chips and zero out the said chip using the programmer then flash the BIOS ROM onto the chip and return the chip to the computer. But since it is a laptop you cannot remove the chip as that is most likely soldered on.
Always a good idea to disable flashing of BIOS if that option is present on any computer.

The first thing I would want to know is what kind of a laptop this is.
From the video or what's been mentioned, I can only gather that it's an acer. But what kind exactly? (e.g. "travelmate P543". This should be on a sticker on the bottom of the thing, or right click 'my computer', then 'properties' and check 'System'...it should be next to 'Model').
With this information, you can probably go to acer support page and download the latest BIOS for the system. In turn, you can use a spare USB key to make a flashable USB drive.
I admit: the hard part will be to get that USB drive to actually flash the BIOS. If you press F2 during boot...you say it shows nothing. But at that time, does it continue booting?
If not, that's actually a good thing. It can be that it's "just" the video card drivers that aren't recognized during BIOS(1). In that case, the menu options are still there. It's just a matter of figuring out how many times to press the arrow keys before pressing the enter key.
EDIT: upon rereading, I see you haven't really replied to the "remove the battery" suggestion. This should be something like this on the motherboard:
(I obviously don't know all brands, but thus far I've seen this battery on most laptops I've opened up(2) )
(1): I know I'm repeating some other mentions, but...you've tried booting with a secondary monitor connected, right? (preferably VGA, but HDMI if your model doesn't have that connection).
A different situation as an example: one of our clients managed to give himself driver issues to the point where he couldn't see anything. It could, however, still do everything else. I just took over the PC through teamviewer and had no problem seeing his screen that way (no, that won't work for BIOS related issues)
(2): okay, okay...I've seen a few HP laptops that simply had NO way to properly open up things. To my knowledge, acer has never done that sort of shenanigans.

I can't access the bios it gives me a blackscreen when I press F2 (it's the default key) Normaly when I turn on the computer appears the acer logo and press F2 to enter in bios

I haven't bothered reading all the posts above, so here's something you could do. Create a live linux bootable pendrive, use it to access your disk and after backing up your important files, use the bootable linux drive to format your laptop. And re-install windows of you desire so.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1 -
