You have to download Mario 64 DS in folder format for loadiine. Google Mario 64 DS loadiine ready.
Then you will have 3 folders. Code, content and meta. Inside content there is a zip with the rom.

OKAY GOOD, I’ll do that, but why do I need so many versions of it?

If you have 20 nds roms, copy paste mario 64 20x and replace the rom in each one for your nds roms.then you have 20 games on loadiine!

All of them are copy paste from mario 64. Only replaced the rom and icons...
I made myself 3D covers with a software for that...

Exactly! I put it back in the zip

Hmm you messed your nds files somehow.
It must work.
Delete the zip and run the game to check if it still plays anything!
Then try with different roms. Rename them exactly as the original.

Okay I'll try those options and let you know

If you delete or replace the rom it can't play the original game. This is logic. If it plays the original game, you haven't changed it, or you replaced it for the same game!
So I made sure I didn’t replace it with the same game, but I renamed the rom i wanted with the original, yet it STILL shows a white flash, then a black screen. On a compatibility site, it says I’m supposed to use Kirby Squeak Squad

And I even used Super Mario 64 DS and that didn’t work either

I have checked in detail the picture on your you post.
WarioWare Touched (U) is 32Mb
Kiry Squeak Squad (U) is 64Mb

The srl file (the with name and extension changed) inside your zip shows 134Mb.
What rom is this?

Let me know... you are using WarioWare as your template, right?
( I use Super Mario 64 DS. But it should be the same in theory)

So, you must rename your roms like this:
Kiry Squeak Squad (U).nds -> WUP-N-UORE.srl
Then you zip WUP-N-UORE.srl and call it rom.zip
The you replace original rom.zip to your new rom.zip

1. are you sure you are doing this?
2. are you sure your roms are from a good source?
3. are they playable on an emulator?
4. can you play WarioWare on loadiine with no modifications on the rom?

Just so we’re clear, you want me to take Kirby Squeak Squad rom from the content folder, rename it to WUP-N-UORE.srl, zip that and call it rom.zip, then replace this rom.zip with the old rom.zip. Wouldn’t that still be the same game. When do I use the WarioWare rom file? Also, I checked the rom on a pc emulator and it runs perfectly, so the rom is alright.

Also, the UORE comes from WarioWare’s title ID. That rom has been modified

I don't think you can understand me...
This is so simple....

1- Download Mario 64 DS Loadiine Ready.
If it's Europe version you will have a rom.zip with this file inside: WUP-N-ASMP.srl
If it's USA version you will have a rom.zip with this file inside: WUP-N-ASME.srl

2- Imagine you want to PLAY WarioWare...
Rename WarioWare.nds to WUP-N-ASMP.srl or WUP-N-ASME.srl depending on the version you have downloaded.

3. zip the srl file and call it rom.zip

4- replace the original rom.zip (Mario 64 DS) for your new rom.zip (WarioWare).

5- Is this so difficult?!

That’s what I’ve been doing, exactly that, and it still doesn’t work. I think at this point there’s no solution.

When you load the game in loadiine it goes on a black screen... you have to wait! wait... and wait. It takes time to boot.

What happens is, I load it up, the virtual console prompts me instructions, then it shows a Nintendo DS on my gamepad, and on that NDS is a white flash, then black, and it stays on that screen forever, I mean I let it stay there for 30 minutes and nothing happens. If you had the game I would love for you to try and see what I mean.
