Hacking zadig doesn't find the switch

Yo, sorry for posting on an old thread. But i have the issue where it doesnt show for zadig but works on tegrasmash. Im trying to be able to use goldtree with gold leaf but it doesnt seem to show up. Am i supposed to reverse the process and change the driver?

Make sure you are running Goldleaf on the Switch while it is plugged into the computer. Make sure you click List All Devices in Zadig. If it still doesn't show, post an image.

Hey sorry figured it out. Was a driver thing. Had to use a different port, my guess is because i used the other to cjange it for tegrasmash thing.

The same happened to me, I updated my nvidia gpu drivers and then the pc wasnt able to recognize the switch anymore, luckly I have a few extra usb ports

ok i am having trouble with this. my pc dosent detect my switch. but when in rcm mode it does and i followed the steps i installed the driver but still no luck. nut server still says usb disconnected.

Can anyone recommend a usb cable that definetly works?

With the one I tried, the switch not even starts charging when pluged in to PC even though the same cable works just fine with my phone.
I tried everything in this thread to get a connection between my switch and PC but it won't work. So i think it has to be the cable that is somehow not compatible since it won't charge and don't make the connection noise...
Would be thankful for any suggestions.
