Hacking USB Loader crashes back to homebrew menu. Followed all steps correctly (I think)

It is recommended to. The 11, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70 IOSes aren't really important, but they could help you if you were to brick your device. Everything else you should install just to have the latest version.

Also, make sure that you use Fix94's YAWMM mod for installing the games. Found Here: https://github.com/FIX94/Some-YAWMM-Mod/releases

The problem was solved. I installed all WADs but then US Loader GX starting freezing so I installed the CIOS from here and everything just started working again.
