Hardware Switch won't turn on. Faulty ICs?

Hi guys, first thing first I want to apologize in advice for my bad english :(

So, I bought an used and broke Nintendo Switch on ebay, with the purpose of trying to restore it. The console won't turn on, at all.

So, I tried various thing, and I'm 100% sure of:

- Good battery
- Good internal cables
- Good LCD
- Good speakers
- Good Digitalizer
- Good SD module
- Good cartridge slot
- Bad Motherboard

Isoleted the issue, I tried verify all the capacitors and I found some of them to be short circuit (see attached photos). I also tried testing the voltage on the USB TypeC connector and the M92T36; on the USB connector I'm reading 5V, also on the pin5 of the M92T36 I'm reading 5V. Sadly I didn't try to read the voltage on pin6. Trying that tomorrow.

I also checked the board with a thermocamera but I didn't saw anything strange.

What can i do? I don't want to try changing all the ICs one by one.

You've already diagnosed it, the 92T38 is bad which is why the capacitors are shorted.

I've desoldered it today and the capacitors are still short circuited. I don't know where to look at

Some of the pads look bridged with solder? if not check the capacitors themselves. Are you getting 0 ohms or just going by the beep test on your meter?
 
Beep doesn't always mean dead short, look to see what ohms reading you're getting and also check the caps off the board.
 
any update on this, i have just changed a usb port thinking that was the issue but still not turning on and have the same capacitors (beeping)
 
Have you tried removing the usb chip on the back (sometimes also called the video chip?) I know that can cause those shorts.
