Yes sd card was exFAT by default so I didn't format it and I didn't see anything about formatting it in the guide.
Reformat the SD card to FAT32. If you don't see that option, that is because your SD card is larger than 32 GB so you will have to use an alternative program to format it such as GUIFormat.

Hello again,

I updated to 7.0.1 but I cant start my CFW.
It says

0'>.ion >='201812181757300/941%201812817573
Failed to launch firmware"

what can I do?

with kind regards

What did you do before getting this error?

Okay so when I format it does it matter what allocation size it is? Its a 200 gb sdxc by the way.
Default is sufficient but you can choose 32K.

Okay I'm able to boot into atmosphere now. I intalled a game with goldleaf but it won't let me play says it wants to check online. Is there some type of file I need to play "backups"?

You can either use ReiNX which bundles everything from the get-go or manually put the necessary patches yourself from this thread. By the way, if you go with the second option, you will need to update your patches whenever a new firmware is released because those patches are firmware-specific unlike the ones used by ReiNX. Just something else to keep in mind when choosing which CFW you want to use.
both dont seem to work, I only see ReinX oder Kosmos bootscreen but after that i get a black screen.
Lets back up. When you installed firmware 7.0.1, did you select the version with or without exFAT? And how is your SD card formatted?

I selected without exFat but I checked my micro SD card and it says exFat
So this seem to be the problem?

How can I fix it?

With kind regards

okay I did that now it is directly booting the switch into 7.0.1 with AMS 0.8.10
so I dont see the HEKATE tools and options. How can I enable them?
Also the homebrews dont opend anymore when I go the album. What can I do about that?
With kind regards

PS: is it possible to use exFat or do I need to use fat32 always?

Judging from your description, it seems you have downloaded the latest Kosmos which has Autoboot enabled by default. This can be changed multiple ways from editing the hekate_ipl.ini fie to have autoboot changed from 1 to 0, holding volume (-) when sending Hekate then navigating to Options, or using the homebrew application Kosmos toolbox. To enter the Homebrew menu, you have to hold R when pressing the Album. And FAT32 is recommended over exFAT as it works on all firmware versions and does not corrupt. There are also numerous ways to bypass the 4 GB limit on FAT32 such as splitting files or USB/network installation.

Hi guys!
I don't know why, my console was connected on Internet and downloaded the 8.0.1 update from Nintendo server (I was on 7.0.1) and, as dumb as I am, i rushed starting a game pressing A and so the console auto updated itself. So now my console is stuck after the atmosphere logo, on a black screen.

My SD waf formatted on exFat

I don't know what to do. I've already reformatted the SD card and redone the whole SD Setup process.
What should I do? Restore a NAND backup, downgrade....?
Thank you guys in advice!

Congrats, you burnt the fuses of your switch.
Don't use exFAT but FAT32 since exFAT is known for corruption issues.
To get your switch working again, simply download the latest Kosmos release and put the files on your micro sd card. If that doesn't work, restore your NAND backup.
