Hi there,

I have a little request.
Is it currently possible to import my saves (disc and fpkg) from my fat ps4 5.05 in order to export them to my pro 5.05 ?
Both PS4 have never been activated or connected to the PSN.
I just recently bought a sealed ps4 pro that came with FW 4.7 (now it is updated to 5.05) and i did want to apply my PS4 fat saves on it because i am planing to sell that fat. I have hours and hours of game so i don't want to lose everything :'(

Thanks

you can find your saves in these locations:
/user/home/XXXXXXXX/savedata folder, /user/home/XXXXXXXX/savedata_meta/ andsystem_data/savedata/XXXXXXXX/db/user/savedata.db
just use FTP or a file manager like PS4 xplorer to get there then copy the folders (ex:CUSAXXX) and paste them in the same folder in the other ps4

Actually this does not work if the PS4s have not been activated with the same PSN account.

It is a bit tedious, but the PS4 Save Mounter should work. Only downside is that you will have to launch every game, extract the save game and do the same thing on the target PS4. But at least this should work.

Alternative: make a full backup of the source PS4 incl. saves and restore it on the target PS4. Can anybody confirm that this actually works?

I will read a bit about Save Mounter then if it can help.
For the rest, i do not really know how to make a backup of my source console... Maybe some exploits do propose this option..

Could u maybe redirect me to a good tutorial ?

Thanks for your support.

Thank you so much, i will keep going ahead with this tuto then. I found it yesterday evening on youtube and the method seems working very well.

I have still question about which i did not find info : - Does save mounter allow you to extract save from an original disc on source console and apply them to the corresponding FPKG on target console ?
- Save data transfer also works with PS2 FPKG ?

Thanks again

Disc to FPKG should definitely work since using this method you are extracting the „decrypted“ save. But I never tried that.

PS2: no clue. But I would guess that this also uses the standard PS4 save functionalities, so there is a very good chance that this also works.

Please test and report back!

After test, I confirm Disc to Fpkg perfectly works.

I will test later for the PS2 and edit my message in consequence.

Thanks
