We can only mount them to only 1 CFW which is SX OS. So why bother paying 30-40 dollars for this. NSP's become useful because when open source CFW doesnt support it NSP's are mostly used right. I mean the amount of time installing an NSP doesnt really take long. The fact is open source EmuNAND will most likely not have XCI loading as it uses Keys copyrighted by Ninty.

This isn't what you said in your previous post at the top of the previous page, you basically told a whole bunch of lies - (lets call it misinformation), and had no clue on what an xci was or how it was used.

I have a licence for SXOS already and my switch is hard modded (chipped), so I can dual/triple/quad boot into any O/S I want - it's good to have choices, and I totally don't regret for a minute the £20 it cost me for my licence over a year or so ago. It's more than paid for itself and I can still enjoy features and software other CFW doesn't have. Once CFW is better than SXOS - then I'll use that, but I'll always have the option of using what I want - depending on what's required. People that don't use SXOS - good for them, they obviously don't need or want those extra features - but I do and am happy with my choices, as are many other SXOS users.

Anyway - maybe you should change you post at the top of the previous page, instead of talking crap and then later trying to change that in other posts because you've been called out.

SXOS use much more than just keys from Nintendo to make XCI loading work.

Don't have the time right now to read through the seven pages, but will this allow me to dump my cartridges and install them and not get banned online?
A big reason why I haven't used CFW is because of getting banned because I do enjoy playing online, but if this gives me the chance to dump my games and keep them with me while not getting banned, I'll be a pretty happy dude!

Don’t try to teach people how to spend their money. You may feel NSP useful but many people don’t think so. The game like Wolfenstein take long time to install while XCI simply put then run. Instead of waiting for emu, xci install SX users already using it for months.

hello,
I'd like to know if it is possible to update the emuNAND firmware with choixdujourNX?
Is this feature already implemented?
thanks

Installing anything without letting the eShop do it for you might get you banned.
However, the use case of an emuNAND (for most of us at least) is to have two NANDs.
sysNAND -> this is clean -> no CFW stuff, no hacks, nothing manually installed (as you attempt to do) -> Online play (yeah)
emuNAND -> this is "unclean" -> you can use CFW stuff, hacks, cheats, manually installed NSPs, homebrews and all that but you should stay offline or block Ninty with 90DNS to avoid getting banned

Can't wait to switch from SX OS once this becomes available. I'm sure there's a lot of others that agree with me on that. TX is not what they used to be before Gateway. Thanks for everything you've done for the Switch community @m4xw

Everything that was already possible under sysNAND is also possible under emuNAND.
So, YES!

thanks for your feedback.
In fact, I've never used choixdujourNX and i'd like to know if it is possible to select the NAND to update

so, what's the point of having an EmuNand of a banned console...?
That was never the original point of EmuNAND in the first place. The actual point of EmuNAND is to keep the SysNAND firmware version low while updating EmuNAND to the highest firmware CFW supports. This is useful for people who don't want to use AutoRCM when updating without burning fuses or for patched consoles who cannot update past firmware 7.0.1 since Deja Vu is currently the exploit they will be able to use to launch CFW but was fully patched in 8.0
