So i used sthetix fredminer video to homebrew my console and everything was going well until it got to de godmode9 part. i already have the .firm on the playloads folder but it just won't boot up

I cannot thank you enough, seems like changing the time in this little app described in the guide works ctr-no-offset (even it the time offset is zero lol).However, there is a way to fix it. Change the date and time on your 3DS to the correct time, then restart your 3DS and try to start GM9 again on startup.
There is a problem with the latest GodMode9 on some consoles with the Luma chainloader. Lengthy discussion on Github:
