ROM Hack How can I turn my retro roms into cia files?

I remember when I first hacked there was an app that allows me to turn any rom into a cia and add artwork for it, I can't remember the name and I can't find it online.

What do you mean by "any rom"? Any supported - even VC stuff? Never heard of such an app, but it surely would be nice to have. As far as I know GodMode9 is able to convert at least .3ds ROMs into CIAs. Artwork comes usually with the ROM and thus there is no need to add any.

New super ultimate injector is what you need.

Yes I do, I had found it by going into the vaults of GBAtemp. Thanks for the link though, now I don't need to re-find it when I get to my PC.
