I consider this highly plausible.

There is an unfortunate delusion here that homebrew are the Cinderellas and TX are the evil stepsisters. Hence the quixotic and truly pointless "don't link to TX but everyone else is OK" mantra which misses the big picture that Nintendo hates EVERYTHING that isn't 100% Nintendo approved.

You can how ever link to sig patches though, which are not included in atmo as far as I know for the exact reason that they allow "piracy". Go figure.

Would it be crazy to assume tx's servers were in space? Also as international atmosphere? I believe a lot of piracy sites operate from space. They may have gotten taken down.

i don't have Facebook so i couldn't do that. when i google it they sent me to the older links of the old downed site. but yeah its all good. hope people can quite the complaining on this site we seem to loose a lot of good info with washed up bickering.

max console has all the links, also it's a public facebook page so no account needed

personally til 2 things are done in open source (XCI loading+loading xci's from hdds (I know its piracy but it's the #1 reason that cancer still exist) and emunand (is it even effective on reducing the risk for a ban?) once those 2 are implimented I'm sure we can say Saiyon

Ummmm atmosphere will have emunand and xci loading isn't a thing because it requires nintendo code to be in the header.... so you get 1/2 down the line, 2/2 if someone can do it without using nintendo code

I've seen TONS of links on this site that link to other stuff that's illegal. No way in hell people are looking over every single link on every single page. Childish at best.

I recently just got a Switch, unfortunately it's patched. I just hope all this doesn't effect how long it will take for an exploit for patched systems.
TX said there will be in the near future. I took that to mean not until the new Switchs are launched (we don't want Nintendo patching a new exploit when they will have new consoles rolling out and have to find yet another exploit).
Maybe Nintendo are indeed coming down hard on piracy and especially the people making money off of it before they launch the new Switch, mid 2019 iirc, so we're not far from it.

TX could tell you they discovered a way to make your Switch shoot rainbows out of the earphone jack but it doesn't mean it will happen (especially since they said it last July)
