Hi , as wrote up , is there an editor or IDE for ds homebrew making on Windows ?
I dont want install a lot of files , i want only one editor without need more. (with nds compiling , sprites , keys , etc editor) ,and dont need only programming knowledge.

I don't think such a thing exists, cause it'd be very limited compared to learning the language and just coding it yourself.
Plus, if you know how to code, then it's pointless for a GUI.
