I think that doesn´t work.

To understand you right:

FIRST:

Preparing your SD card
  1. Insert your system’s SD card into your PC
  2. Copy the private folder from the Flipnote Lenny .zip file to the root of your SD card
  3. Copy fwTool.nds from the nds folder in the Flipnote Lenny .zip file to the root of your SD card
  4. Copy BOOT.NDS from the hbmenu folder in the HBMenu .tar.bz2 file to the root of your SD card
  5. Eject your SD card, and insert it back into your DSi
SECOND:

Made an NAND Backup,well ? :)

THIRD:

Installation
  1. Insert your system’s SD card into your computer
  2. Copy UNLAUNCH.DSI from the Unlaunch .zip file to the root of your SD card
  3. Rename UNLAUNCH.DSI to unlaunch.nds
  4. Unplug your SD card, and insert it in your DSi
  5. Power on your DSi, and repeat steps 1 through 11 in Creating a NAND backup
    • HBMenu will appear
  6. Navigate to unlaunch.nds, and press (A)
    • Unlaunch’s installer will appear
  7. Navigate to INSTALL NOW and press (A)
    • If Unlaunch freezes at ERROR: MISMATCH IN FAT COPIES, please read our FAQ
  8. When done, navigate to POWER DOWN and press (A)
    • Your system will power off
  9. Power on your system, to verify Unlaunch installed properly
    • You should now see Unlaunch’s management screen

Everything other doesn´t work.:)

How is your SD Card formatted ?

Last on the dsi cfw guide site.
And i only launched it , not installed

I haven't tried for a while but the only one that ever worked for me properly was 0.8, even the later ones marked as stable had issues.

https://problemkaputt.de/unlaunch.htm

It may depend on motherboard revisions, sd card or os version. At some point I need to spend some time with it, it scares the crap out of me bricking it though.

I had myself 0.8 first (made it last year when installation is FAR from easy...)
Then i´ll stumbled over an bootstrap issue that no newer revision is working.
Update to 1.8 all is ok.On both DSis.

Like the tutorial says. From an other post i knew you have an DSi 1.4.5E.:)
But don´t forget:

EVERYTHING IS ON YOUR OWN.NO ONE TAKES OVER ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON YOUR ACTIONS.

If you UNSURE about it then better take another day to make it.:)
Take your time don´t rush. This ones have to make fun not stress.
Don´t do overhasty things.Calm and take time for this.:)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

İ used TWLnf a lot with direct Nand Mounting , help me , Hiya CFW is my dream
Copy your DSiWare to the SD card in System Settings, then delete them on the System Memory, and then copy the DSiWare on the SD card back to System Memory.

I did an error : i lost my nand backup , now i can only backup it with unlaunch installed :( , does the backup is clean , so is it ?
