He was banned for a good reason. Sure, he was actually doing something (and doing it well, I'll add), but his mouth got him into some trouble.

He is still active elsewhere and still working. Likewise with a few others I'm aware of. Mostly on Discord. (God I hate Discord.)

If you want piracy of Xbox One titles, that's how you get it. By getting a PC. And that's the only way you will get it for a very long time. Years and years in all likelihood.

The owner was just arrested, and their property along with production facilities were seized. Doubt it.

Because those are the only exclusives to the Xbone. Everything else that was exclusive to the Xbone is now on PC. And pirating games on PC is a hell of a lot easier than anything period.

There is not. No one even close to being skilled enough to defeat the security mechanisms of the Xbox One is working on doings so. Get a PC. You've been told this before.
