Gaming Installing DlC/Updates to SD Card or NAND?

Hello All,
Im currently using SX OS for EmuNAND. It takes half of my sd card space?
I am willing to play games with updates and dlcs?
So where should I install them? To system memory or sd card?
Which one will be better? Im planning to play games from a hard drive via XCI? So what'd yall suggest?

If you are installing this in emunand, in both case you are installing it in sdcard, so it doesn't matter.

Didnt understand. I mean can i just install update to sysnand

When I install to system memory it actually installs the sysnand internal memory so im saying is it safer as well or no?

From emunand your nand is on your sdcard. If it could be possible to get access to sysnand from emunand, whole purpose of emunand would be missed. Installing to sysnand is only possible from sysnand. Period.

Both. When you install to system memory you're installing to the space reserved for emuNAND on your SD card, you can make use of that space so it doesn't get wasted. But make sure to leave some free since DLC/updates (AFAIK) and save data HAS to be stored in "system memory".

Emunand itself is taking half gb of storage. The installer gives me 2 options to either install to microSD or System storage. The reserved space? I dont think there is any and the rest of installs just go into sd card + 29.1 gb of emunand

No. Still be installed to sdcard. You are booting to emunand - Access to sysnand is blocked and you can't do anything about it.

Wait? So that means if i was installing to system memory? It was installing to EmuNAND memory (SD Card) which was displayed as system memory under data management?

Yes. If you run emunand, everything is taking place in emunand.

Oh I totally forgot about that. It was just that SD card space took 29.1 GB and Got confused why should EmuNAND take this much and displays it like that.
