LOL. If you are not a gamer, why bother buying a Switch to begin with? If you done lots of eShop purchases, 128GB won't serve you long. Lots of AAA titles were ~15GB, and I don't want to redownload them like ever from Nintendo again. 400GB won't even least long if you DO play games like, a lot.
If I'm not a gamer? I have a PS4 for anything that is cross-platform (I'm a trophy whore.) What does Ninty have that is not cross-platform other than a couple titles?

-Smash
-Zelda
-Octopath Traveler
-Mario Kart
-Mario Party

I...know I have more games than that. Maybe. I wanted the No More Heroes game that came out for the Switch, but I haven't heard good things.

It's okay to want to express your own views or opinions, but insulting me for that is not necessary either.
it's not an insult to you
it is a joke
there is a long running meme here that everytime TX makes something they get accused of stealing it and not having created anything on their own
but TX has achieved XCI loading where the the free community has not been able to do so yet
it was a jab at the people always accusing TX of being hacks and who say they never created anything on their own

That's not a meme. That's just asshole behavior to intentionally derail any thread that has the least bit to do with TX and should be punished with warning points.

If something is open source it can be used(can be controversial) At the end of the day why code something that is already coded when they can use that time to develop there own product and there own unique features (as they do)

Oh really? What might be the reason for that? If updates/DLCs are added to a base game, the outcoming XCI should still have the title ID of the base game (at least that's what I thought).
@JRoad @EventAssistant any idea why Checkpoint won't work with custom XCIs?
No clue tbh checkpoint just crashes the switch with an error code if I hover over the game icon. But JKSM works fine with them its definitely worth the look at maybe a newer checkpoint to fix this bug.
Which checkpoint version are you referring to?

3.6.0 is the latest I believe, I did make sure to check if I was using the latest when I kept getting crash errors. But yeah any custom built xci causes checkpoint to crash the switch.
By "custom built xci" ... do you mean game + update + DLC(s) of one game or multiple different games in one XCI (like Metal Slug 1 + 2 + 3 + 4)?
Which checkpoint version are you referring to?
I created a XCI of BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle and another one for Pokken DX, both including any update and DLC available for the specific game. Both were working just fine for me with Checkpoint.

Just as much as it's asshole behavior to directly copy any changes out of the Atmosphere repo and then pretend you did it. It's important to bring this to everyones attention. Who supports TX is a traitor of the homebrew community.

As if this is a justification to derail each and any thread. There is a thread to discuss exactly those GPL violations they may or may not do, and it's not this one and also none of the others that discuss SX releases.

Nothing to do with the legality of it, if no one noticed there are clones of tx being realised, look like complete dumps and just changed couloirs of gui. More the people that have cracked it are looking at selling it. This clones will probably be easy to crack and dump so maybe someone who is not looking to profit from it may realise it!
There are TX clones?

Xci > nsp. This isn't like the cia/3ds days... It's the same effect and more convenient. Oh well.
This might be a bit complex to say.
XCIs are more easy for people to avoid all the risk involved installing NSPs, but also have their own ban risks. Might be more risky as well, as the launching and everything needs to be implemented properly.
Meanwhile, NSPs are easier to handle as you have the titles in the HOME Menu, and the system itself handles launching and everything.

I personally prefer NSPs, but the point is that either have their own ban risks, so in the end, none of them is completely safe.
