A dlc should be extra content downloaded separately, if its included in the update it is included in the base game as an update to the same, adding content through updates should never be considered dlc because in not really dlc at all

Can i get discord invite? the one in the post is not working and i need help, the cards and accesories are not in english, but the menus are .
you installed the update cia that I provided in the patch? there should be a txt with a link to that file, install it and you should have the most translation

Hey I'm a little new to the 3ds hacking scene. Went thru the guide and followed everything to get my 3ds going because I really wanted this game. However I am getting stumped as to why the translation patch isn't working completely. The only things that are in English on mine is the big menu buttons... About 70% of them and the title screens.
Believe me I've done my Googling, I just can't get the patch to work.
I'll explain my steps.
Installed and deleted the DBUHX.cia via FBI
Remove SD card, created the luma/titles/.. Folder.
Added the TitleID folder from the download as stated and it looks like like ROOT/luma/titles/0400..
Added the modded 1.3 patch to the cias folder, insert into 3ds and booted it up with select to get to Luma, enable patch, press Start.
I then went to FBI and installed the 1.3 update
Once I start the game the warning comes up in English, Start and Transfer are in English but cards and accessories are still not translated.
Does the game cia have to be a certain version? I've tried a few different SD cards and still coming up short.
Any help would be appreciated, ordered a flashcart MAINLY to play this and I've seen a YouTuber stream the English patched and had a link in the description to this forum for the patch.

im having the complete opposite results of the post above me , i really hope to get it fixed and will super appreciate any help .
i did install db heroes and db heroes update 1.3 , i enabled game patching in luma , i put the translate in luma/titles , but only the dialouges are translated , buttons and most of the stuff are still in japanese for me.
any ideas please ?

Yes i have the same question. How to use this patch on citra emulator. I have patched the game with DLC and Update version 1.3.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
