Emulation How to update CEMU to latest version?

I have an old version 1.11.2 Cemu setup and running ZeldA Breath of the Wild that I would like to update to the latest version of 1.15.2b.

I'm trying to update but can't get Cemu to work. After copying over the new files and deleting shader cache. Upon launching latest Cemu nothing happens
Can someone give me an idea on what I am doing wrong and how to correctly update Cemu so it works.

Try installing it again and launching it without moving the files. If that works, your old files are preventing it from working.

I ended up deleting everything and reinstalling Cemu. I also ended up using a few online and youtube tutorials to get BOTW optimised to work correctly on my older PC.

I read "just drag files from new version into installed folder, and let contents overwrite" on reddit/r/cemu. Worked for me.

literally the only file you need to update your cemu is the .exe

This is what is what I did but sometime I had to start clean as settings get messed up.
