been using sx-pro on two switches since release. installed nsps, updated xci's and nsps. I've not played any games online. I just go online to update switch firmware and update games. still not banned on either switch.
That's what I did on a throwaway switch and was met with a swift ban. Is there some determining factor here?

How do you know if it's not just a ban that still allows you to update/access eshop?

well I would also delete my wifi settings after every online session. Will see if i'm still not banned after the new firmware 7 drops.

I don't know. But since all I want to do is update firmware/games then I wouldn't mind if I was banned.

I have done nothing to prevent a ban. I've done pretty much everything possible on hacking switch since day 1. I've pirated games via NSXhop, ran pirated games using SX OS, used hacks online, and more. I know plenty of people who have too.

And you're still not banned? I guess you're one of the lucky ones :)

You can update your xci , nsps officially online like you could if you owned them legit??

We are for shure nintendo check error reports so no errors no ban? Also bad .xci means insta ban ,but the part that surprise me is that people are using nsp and that ones are user specific and still no ban? I don't understand

Is a matter of time, eventually everybody gonna get a ban. I only use XCI and always update my games using official method, but I always maje sure about not to load any XCI first. I just go online with my second switch (A non hacked one). Right know we just got Lucky. Thats it

Yeah, still not banned. Not sure how, but there must be a reason for it. Nintendo is very systematic about their bans- if you step on a certain trigger, you'll be flagged for the next banwave or in some cases banned immediately. I have survived all banwaves with nothing more than basic common sense, such as to disable internet when running pirated games.
