warioware gold pal reigon

what folder do i put the seeddb in?
I'm surprised FBI didn't work for you with its online seed import. You can try your luck with the offline methods below to see if it makes any difference.

***

seeddb.bin is used by hydroseed to produce *.dat files. FBI allows offline seed importing if these *.dat files are placed at:
  • smdc:/fbi/seed/0004##########00.dat
Once those *.dat files are on the SD card, you can then do this without the need of Internet:
  • FBI → Titles → Game → Import Seed

FBI does not work with seeddb.bin.

***

GodMode9 can import seed for a *.cia before it's installed on HOME Menu by FBI.
Games that are already installed cannot have their seed imported with GodMode9.

GodMode9 does directly use seeddb.bin when that file is put in:
  • sdmc:/gm9/support/seeddb.bin
To import a seed,
  • GodMode9 → 0:/.../*.cia → CIA image options... → Decrypt file (...) → Decrypt inplace

If GodMode9 has the seeddb.bin, another rudimentary method of seed import for a game that needs one but is already installed is to back it up into *.cia and then reinstall it. Just keep in mind reinstalling a game will overwrite any save progress you had for that game; requires backing up saves + extdata with Checkpoint or JKSM before reinstalling the CIA.

You extract them out of seeddb.bin using the Windows program hydroseed. Easiest way to do this is by dragging and dropping seeddb.bin onto hydroseed.exe. The program will automatically produce the fbi folder with all the *.dat seeds.
ok so i put the dat file in the right folder and i did the import seed thing with wifi off and i loaded the game and it still doesent work, should i update the game?

:\

Although the game should be able to play without its update, go ahead and install the update to save yourself the headache of running into game breaking bugs later.

I'm trying to find what's the minimum 3DS firmware requirement that this game needs at 3dsdb.com, but the website is currently down.

From a previous thread,
This is a native firm 2.52 game. It likely needs minimum 3ds firm 11.2 to work.

Update your EUR 3DS firmware to 11.9.0-42E if you haven't already, import the seed once more, and try launching the game again.

I get the impression you're using outdated custom firmware. Depending on what you have, update your CFW setup to Luma3DS v9.1, boot9strap v1.3, and GodMode9 v1.7.1 on both SD card and CTRNAND.

Turn on the 3DS and hold the (Select) button to access Luma3DS configuration.

After all that and it still not working, it kinda seems like you have a bad dump. Try one from another source, or convert your own from a .3ds ROM using GodMode9 or 3DS Simple CIA Converter. Either that or you're on an old firmware that doesn't support seed keys.

If you're on an old 3DS firmware, you should update from System Settings.

No. Leave the custom firmware alone. I don't think that's the problem.

Check if your SD card is bad.

  1. Copy everything off your SD card onto a computer.
  2. Reformat it in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows File Explorer or guiformat (if bigger than 32 GB).
  3. Full Write + Verify the empty card for hardware issues using H2testw.
  4. If an error was reported, replace the failed card.
Other than that, I don't know what else to tell you in what might be wrong. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ok but it when i update it instead of it saying sys on system settings it just says the normal thing
The Sys tag denotes SysNAND meaning you're booting from the system's onboard NAND. There's something called EmuNAND or RedNAND, but that stuff is old history and you don't need to concern yourself with that.

The tag appears when (x) Show NAND or user string in System Settings is selected in Luma3DS v9.1 configuration. Keep this option enabled. In the event you need debugging or troubleshooting, that tag can be used by others in quickly identifying what is your baseline CFW setup.
