Hacking Need help with DSTT ntrbootstrap please

Did you used the right spot for the "sleep switch" that the console thinks the lid is closed?

You need to rename the "SafeB9SInstaller.firm" to "boot.firm". And put it to the root of your sd card.

@BaamAlex

Here's my SD card now, I think everything's right. My 3ds turns on and off next to the magnet like it should. I turn off my power, hold my 3ds to the magnet, attempt to turn it on with all 4 buttons and nothing happens

@BaamAlex

Not really because my magnet is a very awkward position.

Here's my 3ds next to the magnet. The tape is so I can line them up.

Here's my 3Ds next to the magnet in sleep mode.

Okay I did that and is easier. However it still does nothing, no response until I remove the magnet and the screen pops up :/

I really think I might have to start again. I'm not sure if my DSTT is how it should be. It got stuck at 99% before and then it just kind of died

@BaamAlex

Thanks for your help. Over the next week or so I'm going to try again from the start and see if I can get it to work. If I have any issues I'll post them here

Since this is still receiving views, figured I'd update my situation.

Unfortunately I never managed to get DSTT to work, despite it being an official card with a supported number it just never reached 100%.

I eventually gave up and bought a Ace 3DS X with boothax already installed. Thanks again for the help people

How long did you let it sit at 99%? It may have just been taking a while to finish up flashing.
