Hacking Discussion Playing Online with SX OS Sysnand

I will be detailing my progress with playing on sysnand on Nintendo Online. Yes, I can afford to get banned. So dont even mention it.

So here's my setup:

SX OS
Emunand with a bunch of NSPs installed
Sysnand booted into only with OFW mode (not CFW) and playing legit cart version of Smash online

What we need to find out?
We need to find out if playing on Sysnand with the above set up will get us banned

I will keep you guys updated. But, I have been online for 24 hours and I haven't been banned yet

I've been using your same setup since sx os implemented SD emunand and haven't gotten banned. I'm pretty confident I will not get banned since all my cfw use is done in offline emunand and it's completely separated from my sysnand which I use to play online with my legit games. I even take the trouble of using a clean sd card every time I use sysnand to not have any traces of cfw anywhere.

I do feel that this emunand solution should be good to go without a ban. Since there are no traces of installed nsps or anything since they are using Nintendo and Emutendo folder.

Let's see though. If I get banned it will be for science.

And yeah I reported the useless post and they were removed.

Question, if you load hombrews on your sysnand (and only hombrews from the album), can they finds out?
You said you can offered it, so i don't see why not test that.

Let's at first test save editing for single player games with checkpoint.

Of course stay away from editing smash save file, or if you want to risk it, edit that too.

ive been using emunand since it came out... switch to the newest version everytime... and ive played online on my stock OFW the whole time... still not banned.

The only way for him to get banned is if he goes online disabling stealth mode on emunand and that's obviously a big no no. Apart from that he can't get banned. Nintendo can't detect what you do with your console offline.

Misleading title is misleading. “Playing Online with SX OS sysNAND” means playing online with a CFW’d sysNAND, which of course gets you banned. What you did is nothing else than playing on a vanilla OFW sysNAND, assuming your sysNAND really is 100% clean. You can install whatever crap you want on emuNAND, it won’t affect the sysNAND, hence why you won’t get banned (again, assuming you’re 100% sure that your sysNAND is 100% clean).

i still didn't test emunand, but when you boot to sysnand, when you go to storage, does it appears you have microSD card? can you download on it from the eshop? and if that, what will happen if you go to emunand? will it shrink?

That using SysNAND online and EmuNAND offline won't get you banned?
This is just so obvious. SysNAND will never get any traces of CFW. So why would they ban you?

Btw here's my stats atm: Online with SX since 30 July and with emunand since 8 October, still not banned! Played the other day some Paladins.But if we want some more stats we should wait the banfanguy he should popup soon.

Btw what setup are you using for the emunand, SD or inside the console?
And if you really want science to progress i suggest you playing games patched with your cert in the future, I'm still too scared to try

been doing this since there 'hacked' emunand on system, then moved to SD still not been banned on OFW, always use emunnd offline.unless using LAN play. which stealthmode and 90dns work.

I have been doing this since Smash release. I got the leaked version, installed EmuNAND (SD EmuNAND) for it, played like crazy and then got my physical copy.

I play online no problem, check eshop and sometimes youtube.

I hope you get the same result, as of now EmuNAND is really good to avoid bans.

Nah I'm good with buying the games I want to play online. Not interested in playing online with xcis even if the cert is legit
