Hacking nx-atmosphere dongle reset broken?

My dongle won't reset so it gets recognized by windows. Did it get broken somehow? It still works with my switch while in RCM. It might become a problem if I can't inject a new payload into the programmer.

You could try to open your dongle to see it something is bend or broken inside.
The reset switch was added manually by the looks of the pictures so it might have slipped too much to the inside :

Maybe the plastic reset button doesn't press the switch hard enough.
Just remove the white plastic button and press the black button with a pen or something.

Or maybe too much pressure was applied to the switch and it came loose from the PCB.
Some soldering skills would solve that.

And just to be certain, you did press the button twice after connecting it to your PC?
