I have a Sandisk Ultra 128GB micro sd card and its worked fine with no issues until last night. I keep seeing a notification when i Tried to play smash bros that it was corrupted, im trying to format the sd card from exFat to Fat32 but when I go into the program SD Card Format the only options I have is to either format it to Exfat again or NTFS. the option for Fat32 isnt available

I take it you're running Windows? Right click on the Drive in your explorer (where C/D/etc all are) and pick format. FAT32 should be an option.

You can't format a drive bigger than 32 gb with fat32 using windows. You need a program like the above poster posted.
