Sure. when you know how or who the offsets for the spirits are stored yes.

SXOS has nothing to do with saves not loading. All of the CFW can run Checkpoint and backup/restore saves. These saves were already confirmed to work with SXOS anyways.

You have to extract the rar file.

Folder Structure inside the rar file is correct. Only put the folder all unlocked only chars or only cores in your save folder for checkpoint.
