Would not risk it. as v6.2.0 burns 'fuses' -- You could try updating via ChoiDujourNX and to protect your fuses, but still nintendo has put in checks so you will be stuck at logo.

Just wait a bit for more info to be released, trust me its all hands on deck now, to find a solution. -- So don't worry, be happy, and hold your horses, and stay on v6.1.0

Burning the fuses won't matter since you'll use the SX OS bootloader to boot the 6.0.1 CFW (so you bypass the Nintendo bootloader). I agree that it's too risky to try out but "in theory" that's how EmuNAND should work right (?)

I'll probably give it a couple days before I update but I'm not bothered about burned fuses and I'll just keep my emunand on the previous fw anyway.

im guessing that updating wont unban my switch will it? would be willing to come clean if it did.

Seems TX already announced SX OS is not compatible with 6.2 & working on it.Still it was too good to last having all latest games, updates & dlc working without limitation of FW like the ps4.

Hey, So I just got my xecuter sx pro in the mail and a 128gb exfat card, and I cant wait to try it out, but my switch (fw 6.0.1) is asking for an update to be able to read the card. Do you know if its safe to do this update (from what I understand, its a different update than the main firmware update), or does it update the firmware as well?

So... Updating on ofw updates emunand too?
I can't understand why we can't just update sysnand while keeping old fw on emunand
