Maybe you'd have better luck if you said what file you need. USA? Europe? Old 3DS? New 3DS?

Remember that you can always use steelminer to get steelhax, and then update your OoT3D cart from there.

To be honest: I do not quite understand. Again: What are you trying to do?
To install OOThax on a physical cartridge you need either another entrypoint or a Powersaves.

ich will oothax installieren, hab auch die datei von Smealum, aber man brauch ja noch die von Yellow, also die haxpayloads & da fehlt mir die Aktuellste, so das ich die austauschen kann & auf meine oot karte laden kann

That would make sense as the word for yellow in german is "gelb". I recall certain hax having yellow and red screens, which is why I got confused what he was referring to. Thanks for the correction.
