(Help) unknown system program startup

Started my computer today but this program called misxrosoft family features keeps poping up every 5 seconds. this program has never shown up before until today.

How do i uninstall it or permantley stop it?

You need to find the right process related to that program and kill it.
Afterwards, disable its automatic start when the system is turned on.
If you can't find the right process and/or how is it being started, probably there's a Service related to it, you need to stop it and disable it from starting automatically.
