Hardware Playstation 4 can't power-on

Here is what happens when I try to power-on my PS4.



What can I do? It could be the thermal paste? Or there is nothing to do, because the chip is already burned?
 
So it could be the power supply? By replacing it I could solve the problem?

Maybe, but first you can open the ps4 and re-seat the power supply and clean the internal with electronic duster, if it was thermal/CPU problem it would have flash red not blue.

Understood. I'll try to open my PS4 in the next few days. Probably I could order a new power supply on Amazon and then in case send it back (if is not the damaged thing in the console).
