Accidentally cut and paste to SD, and got corrupted so I had to format. I did not notice but now my BOOT 0 and 1 are gone from my PC... How screwed am I when trying to clean restore?

I still have the raw nand file.

That's a relief, I did not install autoRCM. So I could just restore raw nand and use OFW? I want to go out of hacking a bit and test some online games since I moved to a new country (back where I lived, pings where horrendous and impossible to online play)

Well if your current OFW differs from the firmware of your rawnand, then you will need to restore boot0/boot1 since those are firmware specific as well. But if your current OFW matches the firmware of your rawnand, you can just restore the rawnand. In case you do not know the firmware version of your NAND, you can use Firmware Version Inspector to check.

My current OFW is 6.1.0, but my NAND and BOOT 0/1 are for 6.0.0. What do I do in this situation?

I don't quite understand your question. No fuses were burnt between firmware 6.0.1 (which is what I'm assuming you meant by 6.1.0) and 6.0 so your rawnand and boot0/boot1 are still good to use. If you wish to back them up again, you may feel free to do so.

Wait yeah, I meant 6.0.1. I was just pretty sure that my FW was on 6.0 (couldn't really check since the firmware settings screen just said "Update Available"), but I was just wondering if I could just restore the clean NAND and Boot, update to 6.0.1 again, and then back them up again.

I suppose you could do that. Typically I downgrade with ChoiDujourNX because its much easier and faster to change firmwares using it.

I never updated the FW and always kept the Switch on airplane mode during CFW. I'll restore, and test downloading my games from the store.
